In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

1. The return must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date. Please see below on how to initiate a return

2. The return must be dropped off at the Canada post office within 7 days from the date we responded back to your return email

3. Merchandise must be in its original, unused, unaltered & unwashed condition with all its original tags attached including our return tag.

4. Pick up Order: Pick up orders will abide by our 7 days return policy from date of ‘order ready for pick up’ email and Maximum 7 days after receiving the ready for pick up email, customer should come to pick up.
